Photography of The Hearst Ranch
At the Hearst ranch, we are proud to work with two great American Photographers in documenting both the Natural History and splendor of the ranch as well as the ranch’s modern cowboy heritage.
Conservation Photography by Robert Glenn Ketchum

Robert Glenn Ketchum is our resident naturalist photographer. Over several years of regular visits to the Hearst Ranch, Ketchum has created a unique visual library of the property’s diverse habitats and many seasonal moods. The availability of these prints is exclusive to the Hearst Ranch store and Web site.
Cowboy Photography by Richard Field Levine

Richard Field Levine has chronicled our ranch operation for the past few years. Richard is an official photographer for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, and was selected by the PRCA to shoot all behind-the-chutes action at the 2001 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.
Cowboy Photography by Cliff Garrison

Ranch Manager Cliff Garrison has worked at the Hearst Ranch for over 20 years. He received a digital camera for Christmas a few years ago, and he has been photographing the ranch ever since. Although he will take pictures from his truck, or even from the cockpit of a helicopter, he prefers to take his them from the saddle.
