Eberle Winery will be featuring Hearst Ranch Beef at its next dinner in the caves, which will be cooked by Jay McCarthy, of the Beaver Creek Chophouse in Avon, CO.

Known as the celebrity cowboy chef, Jay McCarthy has made a name for himself in the world culinary scene. His appreciation of great food and excellent preparation always makes for a great meal.

Porcini Crusted Hearst Ranch Tenderloin with Fig and Red Onion Marmalade, Horseradish Mashers, and a Zinfandel Glaze
Paired with 2006 Eberle Zinfandel, Steinbeck & Wine?Bush Vineyards
