“I can’t say I’ve actually had a true slow food meal. I’d like to but it’s virtually impossible to meet all the tenets of it around here. I can usually do organic and/or local (for the most part) and I can get grass fed, certified humane beef from Hearst Ranch, but some of the other tenets of it are almost impossible to live up to. BTW, does Slow Food include humane treatment of farm animals? I didn’t see it on the list in the other post.”
