Please contact customer service at (866) 547-2624 within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will arrange to replace it, refund your money or credit you for future purchases with the following limitations:
- In order to return apparel, it must be unwashed and unworn.
- Merchandise returned without the original receipt will be valued at the current selling price.
- Online purchases cannot be returned to Hearst Ranch Stores.
- Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited (meat normally does not have to be returned).
- Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- If the original payment was a gift certificate, you will receive a refund check in the mail.
