Sebastian's Store Re-opens

Historic Sebastian’s General Store & Cafe in Old San Simeon Village has reopened after extensive remodeling.

The shop is turning into a cowboy hangout, Brian Lucas said. He said they get a lot of ranch people in there, a lot of locals. He added that they haven’t had a slow day since they opened.
