Hearst Ranch Beef – Bottom Sirloin Cuts
Bottom Sirloin: The tri-tip, or the portion of the sirloin closest to the hind shank, it features excellent flavor.

Tri-Tip Roast
Tasting Notes:
Our grass-fed tri tip is legendary on the Central Coast of California. From the bottom sirloin, this hearty cut is tender and delicious; ideal for roasting, grilling or broiling. Like all Hearst Ranch Grass-fed steaks, which cook about 30% faster than traditional, grain-fed beef, our tri-tips are best served rare to medium rare. For the best results, coat the roast with Hearst Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rub with a salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Beverage Pairings:
Wine: Medium-bodied red like a Merlot
Beer: Medium-bodied Lager
