Ribeye Steaks
Tasting Notes:
The ribeye is a very tender cut with a hearty and robust flavor profile that features a good deal of the Grass-fed zestiness that is characteristic of Hearst ranch Beef. This cut does best when grilled and it has a special affinity for the smoke of oak wood, which accentuates its flavor profile very elegantly. The pronounced flavors of a Hearst ranch Ribeye will reawaken your love of beef. Like all Hearst Ranch Grass-fed steaks, which cook about 30% faster than traditional, grain-fed beef, our ribeyes are best served rare to medium rare. For the best results, coat the steaks with Hearst Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rub with a salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
