Center Cut Sirloin Steaks
Tasting Notes:
The robust sirloin steaks are cut from the center of the Sirloin primal and are completely denuded. They have a rich, beefy flavor and a sturdy texture that holds up well to the blistering heat of a grill or piping-hot skillet. Like all Hearst Ranch Grass-fed steaks, which cook about 30% faster than traditional, grain-fed beef, our tri-tips are best served rare to medium rare. For the best results, coat the roast with Hearst Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rub with a salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
